Data Description:

The total amount of cash received during the reporting month as repayment of the principal on all mortgage loans and contracts of the type reportable in "Mortgage Loans Outstanding: Construction (1401)", "Mortgage Loans Outstanding: Other (1402)", and "Real Estate Acquired by Foreclosure or Deed in Lieu: Sold on Contract and Loans to Facilitate (1461)". Includes full and partial prepayments as well as scheduled amortization repayments. Excludes loan foreclosures, any non-cash transactions that reduce loan balances, or capitalized interest charges. Such transactions are reported in "Debits Less Credits Other Than Cash Repayment of Principal (2017)".
