The net amount of all debits and credits other than cash repayment of principal during the reporting month that result in either additions to or reductions in the unpaid balances of mortgage loans of the type in "Mortgage Loans Outstanding: Construction (1401)", "Mortgage Loans Outstanding: Other (1402)", and "Real Estate Acquired by Foreclosure or Deed in Lieu: Sold on Contract and Loans to Facilitate (1461)". Includes debits for interest, taxes, insurance, and other miscellaneous charges, if included in items (1401), (1402), and (1461), and miscellaneous credits, including loans foreclosed. If the amount is negative (i.e., a net credit), the negative amount is reported in brackets.
