Data Description:

Estimate the amount of IBF liabilities due to other non-U.S. addressees denominated in U.S. dollars that were shifted from U.S. offices of the establishing entity to the IBF. The liabilities should be reported by the original maturity as classified on the books of the IBF. However, if a liability is shifted before it matures, unless the term to maturity remains the same as if it had remained on the establishing entity's books.
