Data Description:

If a funding deficit is anticipated in item 3754, includes the intended source and amount of funds to be obtained in drawdown of liquid assets. Drawdown of liquid assets should not duplicate any item listed under sources of funds as an asset sale. Liquid assets are limited to items with high marketability and which can be sold without sustaining appreciable capital losses.
