Checkable deposits are when an institution permits a depositor to make up to three withdrawals or transfers by check from the savings deposits (including MMDAs) account that is paying the interest rate reported in item 7625.

COMPARABILITY:

Beginning 1/29/92, Y = if an institution permits a depositor to make up to three withdrawals or transfers by check, N = if an institution does not permit a depositor to make transfers or withdrawals by check and a Blank = if an institution does not offer or has stopped offering an account.
