Data Description:
Includes the thrift's highest rates offered on the as-of date, for brokered CDs with original maturities of 30 days (1-30). If on the as-of date the institution acquires FHLB as-agent CDs, at rates which exceeds the brokered offering rates, the FHLB as-agent rate(s) for that as-of date is reported. Includes any broker's fee in the reported rate. (Note: Rates reported for brokered CDs are limited to situations where brokers are contacted directly and the institution must pay a fee. In instances where the institution is not actively canvassing brokers directly for funds, but offers rates across the wire or through money desk operations that are higher than what is advertised locally, such rate(s) is reported in nonbrokered CDs.)
