The OCC, Board, and FDIC propose (1) to amend their regulations implementing the Community Reinvestment Act to update the existing definitions of "home mortgage loan" and "consumer loan," related cross references, and the public file content requirements to conform recent revisions made by the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau to Regulation C, which implements the Home Mortgage Disclosure Act, and (2) to remove obsolete references to the Neighborhood Stabilization Program.
