Columbia Bank MHC and Columbia Financial, Inc., both of Fair Lawn, New Jersey -- approval of (1) Columbia Bank MHC to convert from mutual to stock form, (2) Columbia Financial, Inc., a newly formed Maryland corporation, to become a savings and loan holding company by acquiring Columbia Bank, Fair Lawn, New Jersey, a covered savings association, and (3) Columbia Financial, Inc., to acquire Northfield Bancorp, Inc., Woodbridge, New Jersey, and thereby indirectly acquire its federal savings bank subsidiary, Northfield Bank, Staten Island, New York.
