Insurance Policy Advisory Committee Privacy Act Statement

PURPOSES. The Board is collecting this information in order to evaluate potential members of the Insurance Policy Advisory Commission (IPAC).

AUTHORITY. Section 211(b) of the Economic Growth, Regulatory Relief, and Consumer Protection Act (31 U.S.C. 313 note) and Section 10 of the Federal Reserve Act (12 U.S.C. 244).

EFFECTS OF NONDISCLOSURE. Providing basic contact information is necessary to express an interest in serving as a member of the IPAC. Submitting other information is voluntary.

ROUTINE USES. The information you provide will be stored in the system of records entitled BGFRS-42, "FRB—General Files of the Insurance Policy Advisory Committee," located at https://www.federalreserve.gov/files/BGFRS-42-general-file-of-the-insurance-policy-advisory-committee.pdf and published at 84 FR 2866 (February 8, 2019).
