Through 2008:Q2, stocks outstanding from quarterly Report of Assets and Liabilities of U.S. Branches and Agencies of Foreign Banks (form FFIEC 002), schedule RAL - Assets and Liabilities, Branch or agency liability on acceptances executed and outstanding (series RCFD2920); and from the Consolidated Report of Condition and Income for Edge and Agreement Corporations (form FR 2886b), schedule RC - Balance Sheet, Liability on acceptances executed and outstanding (series RCFD2920). Transactions are calculated as the change in the stocks outstanding. Seasonally adjusted transactions are obtained using X-13-ARIMA procedure through 2007:Q4.
