Levels and unadjusted transactions estimated by FOF Section as the sum of holdings of Treasury securities and budget agency issued Agency- and GSE-backed securities, where sector holdings are based on the proportional share of federal government issuance, after taking account of other known from-whom-to-whom relationships.
