Prior to 2012:Q1, stocks outstanding from FR Board, Monetary and Reserve Analysis section, internal data for Government-sponsored enterprises' reserve balances with FR Banks (seven-day average for the week ending on the Wednesday after the last Monday in the quarter) based on microdata from the FR2900 form, MDRM series 0094. Transactions are calculated as the change in the stocks outstanding. Data for the most recent ten years show no significant seasonality.
