Data Description:

Includes the thrift's pro rata share of assets of subsidiaries (i.e., equity investments in which the thrift has a 5% or greater ownership interest). Also includes the pro rata share of assets of unconsolidated subsidiaries whether accounted for by the equity or cost methods and the pro rata share of assets of consolidated nonincludable subsidiaries as defined in the instructions for item 5262.

Excludes assets of subsidiaries in which the parent thrift does not have a direct interest (i.e., lower tier subsidiaries); and the assets of includable, fully consolidated subsidiaries.
