Data Description:
Includes all float-related as-of adjustments that will be applied to the next maintenance period. That is, for weekly reporters on the first day of maintenance period (t) and for all following days in that period, FRSN should be the total of all float-related as-of adjustments that were processed in periods earlier than the current maintenance period (e.g., t-1, t-2, etc.) that will be applied to the following maintenance period (t+1) plus the cumulative float-related as-of adjustments that are processed in the current period that will be applied to the following maintenance period (t+1). Future period float-related as-of adjustments for quarterly reporters should be reported in FRSN only in the week that is the second week of the maintenance period for weekly reporters and should reflect the sume of all float-related as-of adjustments to be applied to the next week that were processed eiher in prior weeks or during the current maintenance week.
