Data Description:

A one-digit code indicating whether the FHLB has assessed collateral under the liberalized guidelines. If collateral pledged includes items previously considered "ineligible" for pledging (i.e., 1-4 family and multifamily nonqualifying mortgage loans, certain commercial loans, nonqualifying securities, consumer loans, fixed assets, and other real estate or repossessed assets), the box on the report is checked. This treatment is generally reserved for institutions facing immediate funding shortfalls expected to exceed the current borrowing limitations at the FHLB. 0 = No 1 = Yes
