STRUCTURE CHANGES 03 Closed or discontinued as a result of a merger, a failure may or may not having been impending. V4.1: TRNSFM_CD = 1, 9, 50, 52, 53, 54, 55, 56, 57, 58 or REASON_TERM_CD = 0 or 2. V5.1: TRNSFM_CD = 1, 9, 50 or REASON_TERM_CD = 2, 5. 04 Voluntary liquidation or discontinued. REASON_TERM_CD = 1. 05 V4.1: Suspended operations or placed in receivership. V4.1: TRNSFM_CD = 51. V5.1: Entity failed but continues to exist. V5.1: REASON_TERM_CD = 4. 06 Other structure change in Attributes table. Warning message printed. 07-09 Undefined.
