Data Description:
Includes all permanent mortgage loans secured by 5 or more dwelling unit residential property.
Also includes:
1. Mortgages on 5 or more dwelling units where construction has been completed.
2. Refinancing loans on 5 or more dwelling units where the original loan was a permanent mortgage; and
3. Junior liens on 5 or more dwelling units where the senior lien is a permanent mortgage.
3. "Bridge" loans to developers where the same loan will not be assumed by the buyer; reported in item 0109.
COMPARABILITY:
Beginning 3/31/1999, items number 1 and 6 were revised.
Beginning 9/30/1997, added loans on mobile home parks to the type of loans included in this category. Also, added the list of types of loans to be included in this category to the permanent loan definition.
4. Permanent mortgages secured by faternity/sorority houses offering sleeping accomodations;
5. Permanent mortgages secured by living accommodations for students or staff of a college or hospital;
6. Permanent mortgages secured by retirement homes with sleeping and eating accommodations for permanent residents, where the units are not condominums or cooperatives (report mortgages secured by retirement community condominums or cooperatives in item no. 2687); the number of bedrooms determines he number of dewelling units; and
7. Permanent mortgages secured by developed mobile home parks.
Excludes:
1. Combination land/construction loans regardless of the current stage of construction or development; reported in item 0109;
2. Combination construction/permanent loans until construction is completed or principal amortization payments begin, whichever comes first; reported in item 0109; or
