Includes the net of all deferred losses and gains on the sale of loans and other assets as required by Reg.563.14. Also other assets sold includes such items as redeemable ground rent leases; mortgage related securities; preferred stock that at the time of issuance provides for redemption on a fixed date in a fixed dollar amount or for redemption pursuant to a fixed schedule of periodic payments and has a remaining term to maturity of at least five years; and debt securities that do not qualify as liquid assets under Reg.523.10(g) because of their maturities or that have remaining terms to maturity of at least five years. Excludes deferred profits on sale of real estate that should be reported in item 0037.
