Also includes capitalized charges (i.e., interest, taxes, insurance, and other miscellaneous charges) reported in items 0131, 0109, 0133, 2687, 2689, 0113, 0136, and 1534.; loans foreclosed; the noncash portion of loan refinanced during the month, where the refinanced loans were held by the reporting thrift; and noncash payoffs of the construction phase of a combination construction-permanent loan that became during the month.
Excludes unclassified loans; transactions must be classified in items 0918, 0919, 0926, 0192, 0193, 0194, 0195, 0166, and 0930 corresponding to their classification in items 0131, 0109, 0133, 2687, 2689, 0113, 0136, and 1534; the underlying loan of a wrap-around loan reported as borrowing in item 0471; transfers between the mortgage loan and nonmortgage loan classifications; foreclosures on property securing ADC financing arrangements accounted for as investments; and increases in balances negative amortization and open-end loans; report as originations.
