(2) Maintenance margin on futures contracts representing unrealized gains on the sale of future interest and gains from the settlement of futures contracts used to hedge savings or borrowings;
(3) Unamortized deferred profit from the sale with leaseback of office property; and
(4) Any unearned profit resulting from the sale of real estate owned by the institution which has been deferred pursuant to insurance Regulation 563.23-1 (f).
