Data Description:

Includes 20 percent of the unpaid balance of "Nonconforming Contracts to Facilitate Sale of REO (1453)" which (a) are secured by residential real estate or (b) are secured by mobile home. Includes the total unpaid balance of all other contracts which are nonconforming. Also includes contracts to facilitate the sale of real estate or mobile homes transferred from the institution to a service corporation/subsidiary or other corporation in which the institution has an investment, to the same extent that these would be scheduled items had the transfers not occurred. Included in the above totals are any applicable accrued interest receivable and advances for taxes.
