Data Description:

Net total of all cash and demand deposits which cannot be classified as liquid assets, except for deposits in any bank or savings institution under control of a supervisory authority which are reported as "Other Assets (0872)".

Includes all demand deposits in commercial banks not insured by the FDIC, other than the Illinois Bank for S&L's, Savings Bank Trust Co., New York or Federal Reserve Banks, and all deposits that are pledged to secure loans for any other purpose.
