Data Description:
Includes the net amount of all debits less credits other than cash repayment of principal during the reporting quarter that result in either additions to or reductions in the unpaid balances of mortgage loans of the type reportable in items (1518), (1519), (1470), (1447), (1534) and (1543). Includes debits less credits for interest, taxes, insurance, and other miscellaneous charges, if included in items (1518), (1519), (1470), (1447), (1534), and (1543), and miscellaneous credits, including loans foreclosed and the amount of any loans held by your institution that was refinanced by it during the period. Includes any non-cash transactions that reduce loan balances or interest charges. Includes the non-cash payoff for the construction phase of a construction permanent loan if the loan became permanent during the quarter. If the amount to be entered is negative (i.e., a net credit), use brackets to enter such negative amount.
