Includes the amount of cash mortgage loan repayments included in "Cash Repayment of Principal (0934)" that result from the sale of previously occupied 1-4 dwelling unit structures. Does not include normal amortization or prepayments not as a result of the sale of the underlying property. All payoffs (except final amortization payments) of 1-4 dwelling unit structures may be reported here. It is not necessary to ask for the purpose of the payoff.
