Data Description:

Report outstanding commitments to originate mortgage loans secured by multifamily (5 or more) dwelling units. Include unused lines of credit committed for revolving lines of credit secured by permanent mortgages on multifamily (5 or more) dwelling units.

COMPARABILITY:

Prior to 6/30/04, included outstanding commitments, and mortgage loans in process for 5 or more dwelling units. Also includes any liability entered to offset a wrap around loan. Does not include as a commitment unused lines of credit entered for consumer purposes.
