Data Description:

Otherwise, respond with 0 (no), even if a change, such as a future resignation, retirement, or appointment, has been announced during the month. Excludes any changes in the Chief Executive Officer from the response to this question.

The one-digit codes indicate the following: 0 = No; 1 = Yes
