Includes all mortgage loans closed during the month for vacant land or developed building lots that are/will be prepared to initiate the actual erection of structure thereon and properties used for farming regardless of the presence/absence of a dwelling unit on the property plus any farm loans that are reported in item 0929 (permanent loans of nonresidential) of the quarterly report plus any amount allocated from item 0931 (permanent loans on all other) of the quarterly report.
