Data Description:

Includes the amount of outstanding commercial paper that was sold in non-U.S. markets, such as the Euro commercial paper market or any other non-U.S. paper market. Reporters that have facilities to sell paper in non-U.S. markets but have no paper outstanding should report "o". Reporters that do not have facilities to sell paper in non-U.S. markets should report "n.a."
