Includes the full outstanding balances of real estate loans (not just delinquent payments) that are past due 30-89 days and upon which the bank continues to accrue interest. Real estate loans includes: "Construction and Land Development Loans (1415)", "Real Estate Loans Secured by Farmland (1420)", "Real Estate Loans Secured by 1-4 Family Residential Properties Secured by FHA and Guaranteed by VA (1435)", "Real Estate Loans Secured by 1-4 Family Residential Properties, Conventional (1450)", "Real Estate Loans Secured by Multi-Family Residential Properties, Insured by FHA (1465)", "Real Estate Loans Secured by Multi-Family Residential Properties, Conventional (1470)", and "Real Estate Loans Secured by Nonfarm Nonresidential Properties (1480)". Also includes real estate loans that have been restructured by means of a modification of terms.
NOTE:
For series RCFD, reported as confidential for the reporting period 12/31/85 thru 03/31/01; RCON 3/31/84 thru 12/31/86.
For the FFIEC 002 report, excludes all transactions with related depository institutions.
