"Other improved real estate" is that on which is located structures, whether existing or under construction, not covered by "Loans on Single Family, Conventional (1444)" and "Loans on 2-4 Dwelling Units, Conventional (1446)". It includes mobile home parks, nursing homes, churches, stores, and other commercial property, as well as individually owned mobile home lots.
