Data Description:
Includes all permanent nonfarm residential loans (such loans excludes construction and land development loans) secured primarily by real estate as evidenced by mortgages (FHA and conventional) or other liens on: (1) nonfarm properties with 5 or more dwelling units in structures (including apartment buildings and apartment hotels) used to house families on a more or less permanent basis; (2) 5 or more unit housekeeping dwellings with commercial units combined where use is primarily residential; (3) cooperative type apartments in structures containing 5 or more dwelling units; and (4) vacant lots in established multi-family residential sections or in areas set aside primarily for multi-family residential properties. Excludes loans secured by nonfarm nonresidential properties (included in item 1480). Also excludes loans for multifamily residential property construction and land development purposes with original maturities of sixty months or less (included in item 1415).
