Includes all unsecured loans made under the authority of Federal Regulation 545.8(c) or state statue for the purpose of constructing new residential property. Such loans made for repair, equipping, alteration, or improvement are reported with "Home Improvement Loans (2050)". Does not include secured loans to a service corporation subsidiary which are included in "Equity Investment in Service Corporations Subsidiaries (2130)".
