Includes federal funds sold and securities purchased under agreements to resell with the following U.S. offices of banking institutions domiciled in any state of the United States, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, and U.S. territories and possessions: (1) national banks; (2) state-chartered commercial banks; (3) trust companies that perform a commercial banking business; (4) industrial banks; (5) private or unincorporated banks; (6) International Banking Facilities (IBFs) of U.S. banking institutions; and (7) Edge and Agreement Corporations. Excludes all claims on related depository institutions but includes claims on related nondepository institutions.
