All "Commercial and Industrial Loans (1600)" to non-U.S. addressees. Whether a customer is "U.S." or "Foreign" is determined by the customer's principal address, that is, by its domicile. A non-U.S. addressee (domicile) is in geographic areas other than the 50 states of the United States, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, and U.S. dependencies and insular possessions (including trust territories). For a more detailed discussion Of addressee (domicile), see item 1761 above. NOTE: Reported as an derived item in Schedule C which includes the sum of items 1764 and 1757 for the FFIEC 002 report. For the IBFQ series, includes Puerto Rico customers that are U.S. addressees. For the IBFW series, any person(s) or entity located or domiciled in the commonwealth of Puerto Rico and U.S. territories and possessions is considered a non-U.S. addressee. Reported only by banks with foreign offices.
