Includes loans that are not secured by real estate and all leases with original maturities of over 1 year thru 2 years. Credit cards and related plans with fixed or predetermined rates are reported in this item regardless of the actual maturity experience or expectation. Credit cards and related plans with floating or adjustable rates are to be reported on the basis of their earliest possible repricing opportunity. Where the bank in its contract with the borrower simply reserves the right to change the interest rate on a credit card or related plan, the plan should not be considered to have a floating or adjustable rate.
