Includes the amount outstanding of liabilities of the consolidated bank's IBFs that are included in foreign deposits, in "Deposits of Individuals, Partnerships, and Corporations (2621)", "Deposits of Foreign Governments and Official Institutions (2650)", "Certified and Official Checks (2330)", and "All Other Deposits (2668)". IBF deposit liabilities must include liabilities in the form of deposits, placements, borrowings, and other similar instruments.
