Includes the amount outstanding of "Credit Cards and Related Plans (2008)" that are included in packages of asset-backed securities ("securitized loans"). (See item 2741.) NOTE: Beginning 3/31/01, reported on Schedule RC-S Memoranda for the FFIEC 031 and 041 reports. For the "RCFD" and "RCON" series, reported in Schedule RC-L for the FFIEC 031 and 032 reports. Also reported quarterly. For WRSS, WRBK, and WRJK the data fields are populated from B707 after 07-04-2001. COMPARABILITY: Beginning 6/28/00, reported on the WRBK/WRJK report. Prior to 3/31/96, for the "RCFD" and "RCON" series, completed for the September report only. For the UBPR series, the FDIC's Data Element name is H-CNSMRCRLN This variable is used by the FDIC and OCC in the process to generate the UBPR in the Central Data Repository (CDR).
