Of these borrowings, includes both unsecured borrowings (so-called "pure fed funds") and those borrowings secured in any way other than by security repurchase agreements. For example, includes loan repurchase agreements that have the stated characteristics. Excludes so-called "term fed funds" which are in immediately available funds but have a maturity greater than one day. Such borrowings are included in "Other Liabilities for Borrowed Money (2850)".
