Includes federal funds and securities transactions as defined in "Federal Funds Purchased and Securities Sold Under Agreements to Repurchase (2800)" with nonrelated institutions not covered in federal funds purchased and securities sold under agreements to repurchase with "U.S. Branches and Agencies of Other Foreign Banks (2317)" and with "Other Commercial Banks in the U.S. (2318)" such as other financial institutions, state and local governments, agencies of the U.S. Government, banks in foreign countries (including branches and subsidiaries of U.S. banks), and any other nonrelated institution or organization located in the U.S. or abroad. NOTE: For IBFs only, includes the federal funds and securities transactions with: (1) persons or other nonbank entities domiciled in Puerto Rico or the U.S. territories and possessions; (2) persons or entities, including banks, domiciled in foreign countries; and (3) IBFs of all nonrelated depository institutions other than commercial banks. Reported in Schedule RAL for the FFIEC 002 report. Also excludes all liabilities to related depository institutions but includes all liabilities to related nondepository institutions.
