Data Description:
Includes all other liabilities for borrowed money to any lender other than a bank that cannot properly be reported in "Other Borrowed Money Owed to Nonrelated Commercial Banks in the U.S. (Including Their IBFs) (2861)" and "Total Other Borrowed Money Owed to Nonrelated Banks in Foreign Countries (1935)".
COMPARABILITY:
Prior to 12/31/85: (1) includes the sum of "Other Liabilities for Borrowed Money Owed to Others to U.S. Addressees (2863)" and "Other Liabilities for Borrowed Money Owed to Others to Non-U.S. Addressees (2864)"; and (2) item name was "Total Other Liabilities for Borrowed Money Owed to Others".
NOTE:
For the FFIEC 002 report, excludes all transactions with related depository institutions.
3-4-2013 SPECIAL NOTE: FFIEC 002 report - RCON2869 will be derived from 19851231 to 99991231 using the formula SUM(RCFD2869, -RCFN2869). Currently, the data does not exist. The data will be retroactively added to the FDR XMBA series. Work has begun on this change. Projected completion is end of March 2013.
