Includes all nonpersonal obligations that mature in 7 days or more but less than 1 1/2 years. Also includes funds in which any beneficial interest is held by a depositor who is not a natural person; other than a deposit to the credit of a trustee or other fiduciary if the entire beneficial interest in the deposit is held by a natural person; an obligation that is transferable, except an obligation issued before October 1, 1980, to and held by a natural person; and an obligation that is issued on or after October 1, 1980, to and held by a natural person that does not contain on its face a statement that it is not transferable.
