Data Description:
Total amount owed and accrued on the books for services, supplies, materials and other expenses, including withheld taxes and the institutions portion of payroll taxes.
Includes: (1) borrowers' deposits made by applicants for loans which have not been approved; and (2) escrow funds received in connection with the transactions involving real estate title transfers.
COMPARABILITY:
Beginning 6/30/02, for series BHSP, disclose in this item each component of other liabilities, and the dollar amount of such component, that exceeds 25 percent of the amount reported on Balance Sheet item 13. For other components of "other liabilities" that exceed the disclosure threshold, list and briefly describe these components in memoranda items 12(e) through 12(g).
Beginning 3/31/01, for series RCFD and RCON, report the amount of all other liabilities (other than those reported in Schedule RC-G, items 1, 2, and 3) that cannot properly be reported in Schedule RC, items 13 through 19.
Include as all other assets, accounts payable (other than expenses accrued and unpaid). (Report the amount of accounts payable in Schedule RC-G, item 4.a, if this amount is greater than $25,000 and exceeds 25 percent of the amount reported in Schedule RC-G, item 4.)
Beginning 1/31/1997, reported on Schedules SFC and L-1 for the CUCP report, includes the total of all Accounts Payable accounts (e.g., draft clearings, taxes payable, undistributed payments, etc.). The figure on Schedule SFC must equal the amount listed on Schedule L-1 line 2.
