Data Description:
Total amount of: (1) unearned discount resulting from the purchase of any mortgage loans or participations therein which has been deferred, and (2) unearned discounts in mortgages, participation or mortgage-back securities insured or guaranteed by an agency or instrumentality of the U.S. such as: (a) loans (notes) insured by the Farmers Home Administration; (b) loans guaranteed under the New Communities Act of 1968, the Urban Growth and New Community Development Act of 1970, or VI of the Public Health Service Act (Hill-Burton Act); (c) GNMA pass-throughs; (d) FHLMC guaranteed participation and guaranteed mortgage certificates; or (e) aid loans made under the Foreign Assistance Act of 1961; (f) insured portion of SBA loans.
