The amount of standby letters of credit issued to non-U.S. addressees. The distinction between U.S. addressees and non-U.S. addressees is determined by the domicile of the account party, not the domicile of the beneficiary.
NOTE:
For series "RCON" no data is reported on FDR until 19840331.
To be completed only by banks with $1 billion or more in total assets.
Reported in Schedule L for the FFIEC 002 report. Also excludes all transactions with related depository institutions.
