Data Description:
Includes all debt issued by the consolidated bank holding company and reported in "Equity Contract Notes, Gross (3290)", "Equity Commitment Notes, Gross (3293)", and "Subordinated Notes and Debentures (4062)" (in Schedule HC) that are scheduled to mature within one year, regardless whether the debt has fixed or floating rates. Included in this item is the amount of such debt issued by the consolidated bank holding company that is redeemable at the option of the holder within one year, even when the debt is scheduled to mature in more than one year. For the "BHCP" series, includes all debt issued by the consolidated bank holding company and reported in "Equity Contract Notes, Gross (3290)", "Equity Commitment Notes, Gross (3293)", "Subordinated Notes and Debentures (4062)", and "Balances due to subsidiaries and related institutions (3605, 3606, and 3607)" on Schedule PC that are scheduled to mature within one year, regardless whether the debt has fixed or floating rates. Also includes serial sinking fund payments due within one year and the current portion of any intermediate or long-term debt due to be amortized within one year of the date of the balance sheet.
