All intercompany expense is reported in item 3630. Also includes salaries and employee benefits, net occupancy expense of premises, furniture and equipment expense, and net losses from the sale or other disposal of loans, premises, or other real estate owned. COMPARABILITY: Prior to December 31, 1993, included provision for loan and lease losses.
