Data Description:

Includes the book value of the assets pledged as collateral for FHLB advances as reported in item 2021. This may include certificates of deposits (assets) which are pledged to secure funds made available through the FHLB in the as-agent CD program. Excludes securities sold under reverse repurchase agreements with the FHLB; however, securities pledged as collateral for regular FHLB advances, reported in item 2021 are included. Also excludes assets submitted to FHLB as additional collateral to be used in the future to secure FHLB advances, but which have yet to be reviewed and for which the FHLB is not yet crediting any lendable value. Assets pledged at FHLB for purposes other than advances in item 2021 (i.e., collateral pledged for standby letters of credit) are excluded from this item.
