Data Description:

Total amount of expenses of an unusual and nonrecurring nature. Includes: (1) premiums paid in connection with the purchase of mortgage loans and contracts if the entire amount was charged-off at the time it was incurred; (2) fully written off or amortized good will; (3) expenses representing prior period adjustments; (4) amount of net debt made in order to convert the accrual bases of accounting.
