Data Description:

Includes the total amount paid during the period for expenses of an unusual or nonrecurring nature that were not reported in items (4327), (4328), (4329), (4181), (4348), (4349), (4351), and (4378) of this section. Includes premiums paid in connection with the purchase of mortgage loans or contracts if the entire amount was charged-off at the time it was incurred or paid and goodwill or intangible assets fully written off during the period. Also includes the amount of a net debit made in order to convert to the accrual basis of accounting. If such initial adjustment is a credit, the credit should be reported in "Other Nonoperating Income (4304)".
