Includes the net book value of all other real estate owned (in domestic offices) in the form of, or for which the underlying real estate consists of, nonfarm nonresidential properties.
For further information on the meaning of the term "nonfarm nonresidential properties," see item 1480. However, the amount reported in this item includes all other real estate owned in the form of, or for which the underlying real estate consists of, multifamily residential properties, not just real estate acquired through foreclosure on loans that were originally reported as "Loans Secured By Nonfarm Nonresidential Properties (1480)" in Schedule RC-C (FFIEC 031-034).
